🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We work so carefully and passionately to deliver high-quality products to our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
🛍️ Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Contact us at Chinnihelpline@gmail.com with your order number, package pic and video and reason for return.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items, wrong items received, or lost packages (confirmed by tracking).
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Used grooming tools, items marked as “Final Sale,” and custom or personalized products cannot be returned, problem with product or our side returnable but no returns to wrong usage or for fun.
📦 How to Start a Return
Please email us with your order number, clear photos and videos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll work on more carefully to resolve your request quickly.
